1. 06 Vodka Standard Returns policy
If goods are returned to 06 Vodka, they must be returned in their original packaging. You will be refunded for the goods once received back into our distillery, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods. Contact us at bonjour@06vodka.com if you would like to return your goods back to us and we will help you to do this. Return shipping will be paid by the customer except in cases where goods are faulty in which case they will be reimbursed to the customer.

If an attempted delivery in obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact our helpdesk at bonjour@06vodka.com and we will issue either a resend of the order, or a full refund, whichever is preferable.
If an order is upgraded beyond standard delivery, to Next working Day AM/PM, or Saturday Delivery options, and it fails to be delivered on time (see checkout page for definitions of when these orders will be delivered) you are due a refund of the difference between the standard delivery charge and the upgraded delivery charge.
Refunds will not be issued in the instance of an order being placed outside the conditions of the delivery parameters stated on the checkout page.
06 Vodka cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.
As our online gift vouchers are issued as a code (sent automatically when placing the order), we are unable to offer a refund on these purchases.

2. AT & Customs/ Import Charges for Online orders
As these orders are paid for in France and the U.K, VAT is payable on all online shop orders regardless of the final destination country. 06 Vodka keep all surcharges to a minimum where possible, but this charge is not something we have the ability to waiver.
Orders (including gifts) outside of the EU may be subject to unexpected local taxes/ customs charges. Customers are responsible for these costs and should ensure they are happy to pay them prior to ordering. If you later decide to reject the goods, when a charge is applicable, we reserve the right to deduce shipping and any other costs incurred prior to processing any refund.
